ISLE has been appointed as the Innovation and Exploitation Manager of the BATRAW project, and is also leading the project sustainability report. Through the role of Innovation and Exploitation Manager, ISLE will implement an effective knowledge management strategy, and support partners in the pursuit of market opportunities. ISLE will develop suitable business strategies based on robust market analyses, and accelerate innovation uptake through key stakeholder engagement.
So far, ISLE has identified over 40 Project Results, and collected key information with the support of the project partners. This information will be used to prioritise the Key Exploitable Results for the next stage of the BATRAW Exploitation and Business Strategy Plan. ISLE has also kicked off the first stages of Market Analyses, carrying out a State of the Art Assessment to highlight the added value of BATRAW in comparison with the current raw material supply chain of batteries.
